Questions clients often ask
Doesn’t using an agent make it more expensive?
Usually the opposite. Working directly with the workshop removes the mark-ups of wholesalers and importers, and careful sample checks avoid costly remakes.
Is there a minimum order?
It depends on the product. A piece of jewellery can be a one-off; for packaging, quantities are agreed together project by project.
Do I need technical drawings?
They are not essential — I can start from a sketch or a reference image and turn it into a brief the workshop understands. That said, a technical drawing helps speed up the project.
Do I need to speak Italian or travel to Italy?
It is absolutely not necessary. I will communicate with the workshops. However, if you wish to visit the workshop, I am happy to set up the appointment so you can assess the workshop quality and see where your production will take place.
